Registration of Birth

A Child's registration confirms Pakistani Citizenship enabling the child to obtain CNIC/NICOP or Pakistani Passport.

Requirements
  • Parents' original valid Pakistani Passport or CNIC/NICOP. If one of the parents is a non-Pakistani, his or her Passport & US Driving License/State issued ID.
  • Complete Form S-1 (please click here to download).
  • Original birth certificate issued by the State/Civic authority.
  • Original Marriage Certificate.
  • One recent passport size photographs of front view. 
  • A self-addressed, pre-paid return envelope with tracking number (in case return of the attested document via post is requested).
  • A fee of $50 is accepted through debit/credit card.
(Note: Please bring a set of photocopies of the above documents. Copies of the document issued by US or any other country except Pakistan must be notarized.)
