NATIONAL DATABASE & REGISTRATION AUTHORITY (NADRA) CARDS
NADRA is providing online services facility to Overseas Pakistani who can process their NICOP/CNIC/POC/FRC from their homes at their convenience. Please visit NADRA website below for submission of your online application:
NADRA Facilitation Desk at the Consulate General to only to facilitate applicants who are facing difficulties in their online processing of applications.
A. APPLICANTS ABOVE 18 YEARS
REQUIREMENTS:
a. NICOP/CNIC/Manual NIC/Pakistani Passport
b. Legal Status in US ( US Passport/Green Card/Valid Visa)
c. Parents’ CNIC/NICOP
d. Siblings and Children(s) Pakistan Passport/ NICOP/CNIC/CRC/POC (if available)
e. Spouse CNIC or NICOP (In case married)
f. Marriage certificate(in case of divorce, Divorce Certificate)
g. Modification of name etc. (relevant document required)
h. Two verifiers with copies of their NICOP/CNIC and contact numbers. (Verifiers cannot be your parents, children, spouse, siblings or immediate relatives).
B. APPLICANTS BELOW 18
REQUIREMENTS:
a. Pakistani Birth Certificate/CRC/FRC
b. If born outside Pakistan, S1 Registration Form issued by the Pakistani Embassy/Consulate.
C. BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION FOR SUCCESSION CERTIFICATE
Application for Succession Certificate must be initiated in Pakistan at a NADRA Centre by a legal heir by providing his/her CNIC/NICOP, deceased person’s death certificate & CNIC/NICOP and a letter of authorization from all legal heirs to file the application on their behalf.

b. Succession Application Tracking ID issued by NADRA
D. FAMILY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE (FRC)
REQUIREMENTS:
a. FRC with parents – Applicant’s Pakistani passport and CNIC/NICOP with parents & siblings CNICs/NICOPs
b. FRC with spouse – Applicant’s Pakistani passport and CNIC/NICOP with spouse & children CNICs/NICOPs
c. For children 18 years or below, passport size photograph with white background
E. FEE STRUCTURE
a. All fees are non-refundable to be paid through debit/credit cards. No other form of payment is acceptable. (Note: Inform your bank for international transaction – payment of fee for NICOP will be paid to Bank Alfalah in Pakistan from USA)
b. Additional $60 will be charged on each application in term of Consulate Service charge.
