Consul General of Pakistan to Houston(USA)
Mr. Muhammad Aftab Chaudhry is a career diplomat who joined Foreign Service of Pakistan in 2004. He has wide ranging diplomatic experience in different capacities that include assignments both at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Pakistan's Missions Abroad.
Before assuming the charge as Consul General, he served as Director General in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Earlier, he had served as Director and Assistant Director in different sections of the Ministry.
He served in Pakistan Embassy, Moscow as Deputy Head of Mission and also Consulate General of Pakistan in New York as Deputy Consul General.
Mr. Chaudhry holds Post Graduate degree from University of Punjab, Pakistan.
He is married and has two daughters.
