Renunciation of Citizenship
Requirements/Guidelines

- An adult of age above 21 can apply for ‘Renunciation of Citizenship’.
- Minor (below age of 21) can only apply with father.
- Documents to be attached with each form (4 sets of forms required):
| Valid copy of CNIC/NICOP (front & back side) | Copy of US Passport (notarized) |
| Copy of Pakistani Passport valid or expired | US driving license. |
Cancellation email and payment receipt by NADRA (To be done at id.nadra.gov.pk) | Photograph of the applicant. |
